Having worked across both the public and private sectors, they have served in a variety of impactful roles, including as a prison behavioral health administrator, where they oversaw substance use disorder and mental health programming for incarcerated individuals. They also have extensive experience as a therapist specializing in substance use and mental health treatment. Now serving with Delaware's Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, our guest continues to help shape programs and services that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
